The Republicans do NOT have a majority unless the 3rd party, the Freedom Caucus, goes along with them. This means that the smallest party has the most power...
All those intrigued by Yang's "Forward Party" should consider the chaos in the House today. This is what happens when you have a multiparty system with more than two parties.

@ozwobbly It’s not the Democrats who charge Trump. It’s the DOJ, which is an independent agency. Maybe you believe that Democrats control the DOJ, the way Republicans controlled it when Bill Barr was attorney general. I don’t. It’s up to Merrick Garland.
