@mertag770 @SkyyHigh Maybe they are trying to balance multiclassing? If everyone can get their subclass choice at level 1 and if you decide to dip into another you will be way too op. I'm curious if they will change multiclassing rules in the playtest.

@darjr I'm really excited for the weapon mastery feature being a part of multiple classes instead of the fighter only having it. Also, it sounds like there will be specialized, class-centric weapon masteries. This next playtest is going to be good! 😀
I am leading a D&D group at work and we finished the Lost Mines of Phandelver. I decided to continue the adventure instead of waiting for the upcoming book.
I decided to reactivate the Forge of Spells in the world and have a huge conflict, called the War of the Forge, with the factions fighting over it.
The players are neutral in the war, however, they want to claim the forge for themselves to extort the factions in paying them to use the it. #dnd #dnd5e
