Strong opinions at the intersection of money and publishing by Margot Atwell I’ve dedicated my life to exploring the intersection of money and publishing. I want to create a space for conversation about the finances of writing and publishing, and how to create a more sustainable ecosystem for everyone. I'm the Executive Director and Publisher of the Feminist Press. In a previous job as Head of Publishing at Kickstarter, I helped over 1,000 authors, publishers, bookstores, magazines, comic creators, literary organizations, and others raise money and build community around their work. I have explored the subject of money and publishing widely and deeply and I’d love to share what I’ve learned with you. The views I express here are my own, and do not represent the Feminist Press or CUNY.
