First practical 3D printed design for the lab! I go crazy seeing lots of opened Kimwipe boxes without homes. So I merged two designs, a clamp and a box holder and printed one for eaxb workstation. It’s so pretty imo 😍

Stupid decision by #WebOfScience to pause indexing of @eLife articles https://elifesciences.org/inside-elife/16afe6ec/update-on-elife-s-indexing-status-at-web-of-science.

Fully agree with eLife that "this decision from Web of Science stifles attempts to show how publishing and peer review can be improved using open science principles, and instead gives the appearance of ongoing support for established and ineffective publishing models that have needed to change for so long".

In this way #WebOfScience is rapidly making itself irrelevant for the scientific community!

Hi everyone - I've had this account for over 2 years, but haven't been using it. I'm still active on X, and also on Bluesky, but I thought I'd check this out. I'm an Australian professor of linguistics based at the University of Birmingham in the UK. I'm a hearing person who works with deaf and hearing colleagues on understanding the structure and use of signed languages of deaf communities.
