All this real sport this week, and someone still thinks we have time for cricket.
Men's Rugby League World Cup Semis - England v Samoa
Men's Rugby Union Internationals - England v Japan
Womens Rugby World Cup final - England v New Zealand
Premier League (Wolves vs Arsenal)
Formula One: Brazilian GP
Football World Cup - England v Iran
I've joined #mastodon, not because I'm against twitter but I do dislike the monopoly that twitter current has on this type of social media.
I used to use #googleplus and #identica. but it feels that mastodon is going to stick around because the approach is scalable and sustainable.
I'm self-hosting via k8s and it seems pretty stable!
I'm really appreciating my feed not being curated by algo.
If you are on there as well, give me a follow: [email protected]
When following back people here, I’m noticing a lot of people haven’t posted anything yet.
If you can’t think of anything to write just yet, then do consider just reblogging (=retweeting!) good content that you see around. You could start with this post, for example, to encourage more people to start sharing content around here.
BTW, as we get the Bylines publications going on here, that will provide ample good news content for the community. 👍👍
