Sleeping habits disrupted - Lemmy.world
Anyone else having a hard time sleeping? My habit for the last 10 years or so
was scrolling on RIF until I was ready to sleep. Now I’m navigating Lemmy, which
I feel so-so about and it’s not giving me the sleepy feelings. I just want to
fall asleep! RIF, I miss you!
