If Jack Smith had been confirmed as our AG instead of Garland, there is no doubt in my mind that numerous peripheral Trump orbit figures would have been indicted by end of '21 w/ some flipping. Trump indictment by early '22. Trial soon. Not rocket science. Instead, Garland.
