Idag er det 12 år siden en terrorist jaktet ned og drepte ungdommer på #Utøya, en av de drepte var min nevø, Sondre Furseth Dale.

Vi kjente bomben riste i veggene helt ute på Holmlia. Så hadde vi en surrealistisk kjøretur til #oslo sentrum for å "redde ut" en kusine som var alene i sentrum.

Trygt hjemme igjen skjønte vi hva som hadde skjedd på #utoya og at Sondre var en av de savnede.

Han var en 17 år gammel gutt, politisk engasjert og drivende god musiker fra Haugesund. Vi må aldri glemme!

I was listening to this podcast, Live Like the World is Dying and one of the guests said, to paraphrase "if you're arguing with people who you see as part of your movement your aim should always be to de-escalate".

And it was one of those moments that just ⚡zapped⚡my brain and I changed how I relate to people from that moment.

You can't pwn people into cooperating with you.
