@Hyphlosion It's competitive to an unhealthy degree. Either you're working basically for free to farm good reviews, or you're dealing with scammers who want to get people to work for them for free (and the platform almost always side with the clients and not the freelancers, since they know there's thousands of people to replace you)

@Bec for you to be listed on the official Mastodon server list don't you have to sign a "contract" (I doubt it's an actual contract but anyways) that you can't shut down an instance without a 2 month heads up warning? if people are scared of instances dying they could just stick to the ones listed in their official directory

@oatmiro I guess that makes sense, I don't live in any of the involved countries but I haven't heard any news of their governments trying to disprove the alien allegations, have they said anything past the statements about them confirming the UFOs and shooting them down?
