A placeholder as I hear accounts are deleted if you never use them
Don't shout at me. I understand the disadvantages but there are some advantages, and pretending there aren't isn't helpful. As a couple or a family you are constantly making all kinds of compromises that you avoid if living alone (not including house shares which can be horrendous)
Discussion now on LBC of the language of "hard-working families" used by politicians. Lots of discussion of how hard & expensive it is for single people. No mention yet of the advantage of not having to share a bathroom, not tidying up after others or having to only eat what others like
How do people manage to keep full sets of glasses, or plates etc come to that? If I buy the correct number (4 or 6) at least one invariably gets broken. If I buy extra I struggle to find places to store them.

Got a computer problem?
"Where is the anti-fnork toggle in settings?"

Website: "When my husband and I met, he was so pro-fnork, and obviously could never find the settings for it..."

Blah blah blah for 30 unbearable paragraphs of story each intercut with ads and with ads on the sides and ads popping up and...

At the very middle of the page, before all the extra ads and SEO spam and fake comments, the answer: "Click show advanced settings."

I've reached that point, post shopping trip, where I regret not having bought chocolate.
