A tale of software development:

1. Endures many months of customers asking for grouped notifications and (rightfully) complaining about there being a separate notifications mention tabs.

2. Finally releases update to solve 2 of the biggest complaints about our app.

3. Customers complain that we changed things and that they hate grouped notifications and the combining of the 2 tabs.

I don’t judge Mitch McConnell for his choice of political party.

I judge him for his greed, racism, and hunger for power.

I judge him for causing irreparable damage to the Supreme Court, and not voting to convict Donald Trump.

So will others. So will history.

A group of 20-somethings with names like "Big Balls" gain unauthorized access to your servers, delete data, take your website down, and now you can't serve your customers and your organization goes belly up unless you pay money to a mafia boss.

Sounds a lot like ransomware, doesn't it? When your government starts imitating ransomware playbooks, it's a four-alarm fire. At least in theory one can negotiate with ransomware actors.
