Picard management tip: Remember what you liked to play with as a child. Identify the larger, grown-up versions of those toys at work.

Since there are some pretty cool people around here, let me reshare this job offer here: We just published the first job posting for the team, I'm allowed to build at Security Research Labs.
I can honestly say, it's been a month full of awesome people, interesting, impactful work and lots of fun and new learnings. If you wanna explore that together and develop something great, feel free to hit me up. Also, if you have any questions, let me know! If you know someone, that would be a great fit for the team, the company and the topic, feel free to send them over :)

May we all celebrate #hobbitday

Remember:

Seven meals today!

Give gifts!

Picard management tip: "That's the way it's always been" is never an adequate reason to continue doing something.
Today I was part of the @ZDF heute Journal, one of Germany‘s biggest news shows. I could participate in a feature about „Operation Endgame 2.0“ and explain how attackers use Ransomware and which organizations they usually attack.
Young(er) Lisa from 10 years ago did not see that coming. 😀

How do we get to where letters like this are too ordinary to astound us—or aren’t needed at all? 😭

Meantime, let's celebrate those who do get it.

Picard management tip: Ignore rules that make no sense.
