Favorite Books? - Lemmy.world

Hi! I just finished Outcasts yesterday, it was very good. Lots of solid characters Kinda made me sad at the end one part (not gonna spoil anything). My favorite Halo book is probably Broken Circle by John Shirley, I love the story of the Ussans. It’s pretty cool how we get to see the perspective of Covenant characters and there are some pretty savage moments. After that, probably Oblivion and Outcasts. Denning is pretty consistently good. My favorite alien race are the sangheili obviously. XD What’s everyone else’s top picks?

Favorite Halo game and why? - Lemmy.world

My first real Halo experience was playing Halo Reach with my little brother. My mom asked if I thought he’d like it as a present, and I said it seemed like it was a popular franchise. Course, I never had played it before but it had Co Op so we played together, I ended up getting fixated and then finished campaign too. XD I played it so much I had to buy it 3 times. It also has awesome enemy sangheili, and they became my favorite alien race. Ai and design, pretty solid. Modding Reach is fun too!
