Pay attention to snowflakes and sunsets, new leaves, old stories, poetry, waves on the ocean, seashells, new growth on evergreen trees, the wisdom of children, the devotion of dogs.

A few of my favourite things: grandchildren, stars, gardens, plants, dogs, mountains, coffee at all hours of the day, reading, and therefore books, rain drops and snowflakes and autumn leaves. I’m pretty boring.
I mute people who say “y’all”.
Our Southern Alberta heat warning has blown away with the high winds that came up. May we get rain! Please!
