@AdaraAstin @sbarolo thankfully it has finally been defeated
@Thcoudreau to be clear though, I rarely have to do either of those things, I tend to just keep everyone in on the conversation if it's actually a discussion.
@Thcoudreau I just don't get why this happens so much, it is usually not for any obvious reason. I either start a new thread leaving someone(s) out (usually explaining why), or make it really obvious in my response: a, b, c, I left d off because x.

I am begging Outlook to add a feature that makes it VERY obvious when someone replies to just you, or just a subset of people, on a group email.

This is why I start a whole new separate email thread. Am I just particularly bad about checking the recipients?

"What are you looking at?"

@bioBarber my guess is she didn't understand and was looking at canvas, where most students don't have photos

"Students & faculty may experience delays in having access to requested Elsevier articles, said [U of Oregon University Librarian & Vice Provost Alicia Salaz]. 'In the long term however, we are confident that students…& scholars everywhere will benefit from a system that doesn't exploit academic labor for excessive profit,' she said."
