Outlook junk mail

I have an MSN email account that I access through Outlook and I’ve had it for about 20 years now. All my important communications come to that email. Lately, I’ve been getting an unbelievable amount of junk mail. I used to be able to block the sender and things would be fine for a while. Not so anymore! I emptied the junk email box 3 hours ago and already have over 50 new items in there. I checked to see if I was pwn’d, and I haven’t been. Is there anything at all I can do? I really don’t want to have to set up a new email account because everyone that’s important already has this address (doctors, automatic payments, etc.) I know this is a longshot, but I figured if anybody knew it would be you guys. Thanks in advance.

Thanks everyone. I didn’t mean to start a debate, I just wanted to know the average tip. With the rising costs of food, delivery has gotten very expensive for the same amount of food and same delivery trip, yet the tips keep going up on my end. I want to be fair, but don’t want to go broke either.

I’ve been tipping pizza type deliveries 20% since Covid, but it seems high to me. What’s everyone tip their delivery guys? I don’t want to short them, but I don’t want to go broke either.
