Dammit, the wildfire smoke isn’t done yet. PNW folks, keep watching air quality reports,and go outside and exercise whenever you safely can - that’s going to mean two mile walks in the middle of TI8 in yellow/orange air quality, for me. Time to dig up a phone app for indoor no-equipment limited-space workouts so I don’t spend another week inactive, it’s not good for me.
