Illumination 2024 - a family tradition that fills me with joy. This year we were blessed to have my niece visit from England for the festivities (along with our Thanksgiving shebang). The holidays has officially commenced 💙
I don’t quite know what to say about this but to say that I saw this in the last week as I’ve roamed and I think it’s extraordinary and you should see it too.
Anyone have some tips or tricks that they are willing to share on emotional regulation? Do you meditate? Go for a walk in the woods? Play music or create music? What do you do when you know you’re on shaky ground?
Winterizing the outside today, brings me a round of sadness. Putting away all the outdoor furniture reminds me that my living space gets dramatically smaller over the winter and how much happier and healthier I am in the summer months. This winter I hope I encourage myself to discover the outdoors more and to embrace the cold northern tundra that I call home.
