@Owlor most 2007-2015 dubstep were around 140, and has increased to 150, that much is noticeable.
@Owlor it really depends on the music genre you're making. 130 is the default value in FL studio 20 but I either go for 110 or 150+.

Discord released a new mobile update and boy let me tell you how bad it is.
The app chugs extremely hard, opening a server folder chugs, switching channel chugs, the battery drain is insane, server folder icons are broken, uploading images breaks the interface requiring a restart, it's slow, the frame rate constantly dies, nothing is smooth anymore. It was bad but it got worse, and it's coming for your phone's next as I'm using a beta update. Expect chugginess.
