"Day after day, for over 800 days, some of us have chosen to bear witness to the world's first live-streamed genocide:
Israel's genocide of the Palestinians in Gaza.
We've seen horrors that only the most depraved minds could imagine.
We've seen babies with no heads, what's left of their necks sinews of flesh.
We've seen bodies burnt alive in tents, fetuses blown out of their mothers' wombs.
We've seen dead toddlers who look like they're sleeping because the bombs that killed them sucked the life out of their organs. We've seen children reduced to skeletons draped in skin, icy-faced infants who have frozen to death.
We've seen so many horrific images that it is impossible to describe or process them all.
Sometime this year, in relation to the Gaza genocide, an old and dear friend said to me,
"I'm sorry, but I'm just not where you are'."
'Fuck,' I thought at the time. Then where are you?'
We're more than two years into the world's first live-streamed genocide. For more than two years we've been exposed to the most brazen and despicable wickedness.
For more than two years we've been in the grip of a moral failure that is both global and colossal. For more than two years people have had the opportunity to think,
"actually, maybe, now, I need to start doing something."
But no...
What most people have done is absolutely nothing. The only thing I now know for certain is that most of my friends and acquaintances are, in fact, 'not where I am'.
Fortunately, there are plenty of people who are where I am.
Some live very near me, most are further away.
Many are on the other side of the world.
The only good thing to come out of this desperate and dark time, which shows no sign of brightening, is that I now know a whole lot of really good people. People who realise the gravity of what is happening, who care more about justice and human rights than their own comfort, who care enough to give up their time to protest on a regular basis. People who write to their elected MPs, hold the media to account, sign petitions, amplify Palestinian voices. People who boycott, talk, read, write, listen, watch, give. People who bear witness even though it breaks their hearts. People who are doing whatever they can to stand against the evil they know impacts us all.
In 2026, I look forward to spending more time with the people who
are where I am."

Remember Biden's "red line"? He said that if Israel entered Rafah, that was his red line, and arms shipments would cease.

This is an aerial photo of the tens of thousands of war crimes committed in Rafah with arms shipped daily after that so-called red line was trampled over like it was a joke.

Most of this was prior to the UN essentially robbing Palestine's land and gifting it to Zionists.. And it has never stopped in the 77 years since. ZIONISM is WORSE than NAZISM

Every attacking unit was provided with a guide from the neighbouring Zikhron Ya'akov settlement, whose residents knew their way around the village, and the brigade leadership kept a reserve unit for emergencies. Al-Tantura did not initiate a battle with the Haganah, but refused their terms, so the attackers took the men to the village graveyard, lined them up, and killed 200-250 of them.

None of the trillion dollar defense budget is to "defend" the American people.
The US has not been involved in a legitimate defensive war since WW2.
It is NOT for defense. It is American tax dollars funding a war for profit racket that none of us will benefit by. The US is not about freedom, liberty, nor democracy. It is about war mongering and world domination.
If the people of this country fully understood how our military were being used, we wouldn't stand for it. It is a racket, and only an evil, greedy few ever benefit by it.

This is the first chapter of "WAR IS A RACKET"
By General Smedley Darlington Butler
He served in the Marines from the early 1900s until her retired in 1931

CHAPTER 1:
WAR is a racket. It always has been.
It is possibly the oldest, easily the most profitable, surely the most vicious. It is the only one international in scope. It is the only one in which the profits are reckoned in dollars and the losses in lives.
A racket is best described, I believe, as something that is not what it seems to the majority of the people. Only a small "inside" group knows what it is about. It is conducted for the benefit of the very few, at the expense of the very many. Out of war a few people make huge fortunes.
In the World War a mere handful garnered the profits of the conflict. At least 21,000 new millionaires and billionaires were made in the United States during the World War. That many admitted their huge blood gains in their income tax returns. How many other war millionaires falsified their tax returns no one knows.
How many of these war millionaires shouldered a rifle? How many of them dug a trench? How many of them knew what it meant to go hungry in a rat-infested dug-out? How many of them spent sleepless, frightened nights, ducking shells and shrapnel and machine gun bullets? How many of them parried a bayonet thrust of an enemy? How many of them were wounded or killed in battle?
Out of war nations acquire additional territory, if they are victorious. They just take it. This newly acquired territory promptly is exploited by the few - the selfsame few who wrung dollars out of blood in the war. The general public shoulders the bill.
And what is this bill?
This bill renders a horrible accounting. Newly placed gravestones. Mangled bodies. Shattered minds. Broken hearts and homes. Economic instability. Depression and all its attendant miseries. Back-breaking taxation for generations and generations.
For a great many years, as a soldier, I had a suspicion that war was a racket; not until I retired to civil life did I fully realize it. Now that I see the international war clouds gathering, as they are today, I must face it and speak out.
Again they are choosing sides. France and Russia met and agreed to stand side by side. Italy and Austria hurried to make a similar agreement. Poland and Germany cast sheep's eyes at each other, forgetting for the nonce [one unique occasion], their dispute over the Polish Corridor.
The assassination of King Alexander of Jugoslavia [Yugoslavia] complicated matters. Jugoslavia and Hungary, long bitter enemies, were almost at each other's throats. Italy was ready to jump in. But France was waiting. So was Czechoslovakia. All of them are looking ahead to war. Not the people - not those who fight and pay and die - only those who foment wars and remain safely at home to profit.
There are 40,000,000 men under arms in the world today, and our statesmen and diplomats have the temerity to say that war is not in the making.
Hell's bells! Are these 40,000,000 men being trained to be dancers?
Not in Italy, to be sure. Premier Mussolini knows what they are being trained for. He, at least, is frank enough to speak out. Only the other day, Il Duce in "International Conciliation," the publication of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, said:
"And above all, Fascism, the more it considers and observes the future and the development of humanity quite apart from political considerations of the moment, believes neither in the possibility nor the utility of perpetual peace... War alone brings up to its highest tension all human energy and puts the stamp of nobility upon the people who have the courage to meet it."
Undoubtedly Mussolini means exactly what he says. His well-trained army, his great fleet of planes, and even his navy are ready for war - anxious for it, apparently. His recent stand at the side of Hungary in the latter's dispute with Jugoslavia showed that. And the hurried mobilization of his troops on the Austrian border after the assassination of Dollfuss showed it too. There are others in Europe too whose sabre rattling presages war, sooner or later.
Herr Hitler, with his rearming Germany and his constant demands for more and more arms, is an equal if not greater menace to peace. France only recently increased the term of military service for its youth from a year to eighteen months.
Yes, all over, nations are camping in their arms. The mad dogs of Europe are on the loose. In the Orient the maneuvering is more adroit. Back in 1904, when Russia and Japan fought, we kicked out our old friends the Russians and backed Japan. Then our very generous international bankers were financing Japan. Now the trend is to poison us against the Japanese. What does the "open door" policy to China mean to us? Our trade with China is about $90,000,000 a year. Or the Philippine Islands? We have spent about $600,000,000 in the Philippines in thirty-five years and we (our bankers and industrialists and speculators) have private investments there of less than $200,000,000.
Then, to save that China trade of about $90,000,000, or to protect these private investments of less than $200,000,000 in the Philippines, we would be all stirred up to hate Japan and go to war - a war that might well cost us tens of billions of dollars, hundreds of thousands of lives of Americans, and many more hundreds of thousands of physically maimed and mentally unbalanced men.

Of course, for this loss, there would be a compensating profit - fortunes would be made. Millions and billions of dollars would be piled up. By a few. Munitions makers. Bankers. Ship builders. Manufacturers. Meat packers. Speculators. They would fare well.
Yes, they are getting ready for another war. Why shouldn't they? It pays high dividends.

But what does it profit the men who are killed? What does it profit their mothers and sisters, their wives and their sweethearts? What does it profit their children?
What does it profit anyone except the very few to whom war means huge profits?
Yes, and what does it profit the nation?
Take our own case. Until 1898 we didn't own a bit of territory outside the mainland of North America. At that time our national debt was a little more than $1,000,000,000. Then we became "internationally minded." We forgot, or shunted aside, the advice of the Father of our country. We forgot George Washington's warning about "entangling alliances." We went to war. We acquired outside territory. At the end of the World War period, as a direct result of our fiddling in international affairs, our national debt had jumped to over $25,000,000,000. Our total favorable trade balance during the twenty-five-year period was about $24,000,000,000. Therefore, on a purely bookkeeping basis, we ran a little behind year for year, and that foreign trade might well have been ours without the wars.
It would have been far cheaper (not to say safer) for the average American who pays the bills to stay out of foreign entanglements. For a very few this racket, like bootlegging and other underworld rackets, brings fancy profits, but the cost of operations is always transferred to the people - who do not profit.

War Is A Racket

**Title: "Mike Waltz: Secretary of Incompetence"**
It was a bright Monday morning in Washington, D.C., when the announcement came: Mike Waltz, the unassuming congressman from Florida, was appointed to the newly created position of Secretary of Incompetence. The entire political world was stunned. Rumors had swirled for weeks about a new cabinet role being created, but no one had predicted it would go to someone like Waltz.
The title itself seemed strange at first. How could anyone be promoted to such a position? The press conference, held in the Oval Office, was a mix of bewilderment and awe. President Trump stood beside Waltz, beaming like a proud parent.
โ€œToday, we are making history," the President declared, his voice booming over the murmurs of the gathered journalists. โ€œWith the promotion of Mike Waltz to the position of Secretary of Incompetence, we are taking a bold step toward addressing the issues that have plagued this country for too long. Itโ€™s time to confront the very nature of our inefficiency and show the world that we can truly embrace our failures.โ€
The crowd was silent, unsure of whether they were witnessing a stroke of genius or the beginning of a national crisis. Mike Waltz, for his part, looked both confused and pleased. He smiled awkwardly, his tie slightly crooked as he stepped up to the podium.
โ€œWell, uh, thank you, Mr. President,โ€ Waltz stammered, adjusting his glasses. โ€œItโ€™s truly an honorโ€ฆ I guess. Iโ€™m ready toโ€ฆ uh, lead the charge. I promise to bring a fresh perspective to this role. I may not have all the answers, but Iโ€™m committed to making sure that we stay as inefficient as possible.โ€
A nervous chuckle ran through the room.
For the first time in history, a Cabinet memberโ€™s job was to ensure that absolutely nothing got done. The Secretary of Incompetence was tasked with overseeing bureaucratic failures, missed deadlines, and complete lack of accountability. The idea behind the new position was simple: create a role that would mirror the dysfunction that had plagued the government for decades. If the country was ever going to improve, it had to understand the depths of its own incompetence.
Waltz's office, situated in the heart of the Capitol, was a disaster zone. Piles of paperwork were scattered haphazardly across the floor, empty coffee cups piled high on his desk, and a giant whiteboard in the corner was filled with incomplete plans and half-hearted doodles. On his first day, he ordered 400 boxes of paper clips, forgetting that the office had never run out of paper clips in its history.
His first press briefing was a disaster. His prepared remarks were accidentally swapped with a grocery list, and instead of discussing plans for national infrastructure, Waltz rambled on about the best way to make a tuna sandwich. The reporters, unsure whether to laugh or cry, could only scribble down what they could, later dubbing it "the most incoherent press briefing in history."
But despite his early missteps, Waltz soon found a surprising amount of support among his colleagues. In a system so obsessed with getting things done at all costs, there was a certain charm in embracing the art of doing nothing. Other members of the cabinet were encouraged to come up with their own โ€œincompetence initiatives.โ€ The Secretary of Defense, for example, was tasked with planning an attack on a country, only to forget all the details the next day. The Secretary of Education was instructed to come up with a curriculum but couldnโ€™t remember where they put the lesson plans.
It wasnโ€™t long before the rest of the country caught on. People began to appreciate the novelty of government functioning as expectedโ€”by not functioning at all. Policies went unimplemented, the national debt continued to grow, and yet, everyone seemed to be okay with it. In fact, the approval ratings for the Secretary of Incompetence soared.
One particularly notable achievement of Waltzโ€™s tenure was the *National Disorganization Week*, where all federal offices were instructed to misplace as many files as possible. The chaos was celebrated with parades, and the governmentโ€™s inefficiency was applauded as a victory for transparency.
But as the months rolled by, cracks began to appear in the governmentโ€™s new approach to incompetence. The country was falling behind in international rankingsโ€”healthcare was a mess, the economy was sputtering, and basic services were barely functioning. People started to realize that maybe, just maybe, there was something to be said for getting things done.
In the final days of Waltz's tenure, as the nation grappled with an unexpected economic downturn and rising tensions abroad, Waltz stood in front of the press once more. This time, there was no awkwardness in his smile.
โ€œMy time as Secretary of Incompetence has been a learning experience,โ€ he said, his voice steady. โ€œIโ€™ve come to understand that true incompetence isnโ€™t just about failing to achieve results. Itโ€™s about ignoring the people who rely on you. So, as I leave this position, I urge the next administration to remember that the most incompetent thing you can do is fail to care.โ€
And with that, Mike Waltz returned to the House of Representatives, where he quietly resumed his career, forever remembered as the man who embodied the paradox of progress by embracing the failure to achieve it.
Some say that Mike Waltz was the first Secretary of Incompetence because, in the end, he truly succeeded in making everyone realize how much they had taken the simplest things for granted.

Those pink jackets were very loud. A very loud display of utterly useless performative bullshit. Not a single democrat should have remained in that chamber after Al Green was escorted out for rightly correcting Trump when he lied one time of many, if he had corrected all of the lies he would have been unable to stop
If only our so-called representatives took their jobs as seriously as they do their re-election donations, we might have a fighting chance, but they don't. The ones that might, can be counted with your fingers.
