Now that the drawing Robot processes are all working (again, 1st time in over 1.25 years), I can turn my attn to maxing the performance of the new systems I'm building. So far, great results maxing on AMD's all solid state SSD drives Various GPU's -- depending on function(S), All (to be) interactive with NAS box. ...and agnostic OS distribution, MAC, WIN-11, Linux Mint (latest).
Chinese company Deepseek launched its open-weights R1 vs. ChatGPT's $20/month o1 model and $200/month o1 Pro model. Who wins? In the category of Dad Jokes, R1 creates the most and loudest groans. ChatGPT, capitalism models are far behind. In my humble, neutral, Canadian, opinion. The best joke in a long while came from a highly questionable intelligence source, AITrump-it, learned in bombastics, and fried Chicken, "Canada should become the 51st State of America." I'm still smirking!

As of today, there is no direct way to download and install the TikTok app on a Linux system, meaning you cannot directly download the app from the official TikTok website or any Linux app store;
I didn't really understand it while it was going on, I just rationalized that I was hung-up on Existentialist themes. Ha!!! Our Doggo was still just a puppy, so I retired and became a single parent, dog-dad. She's adorable, but as you might recall, I'm really more of a couple person, I've never really done single, and never well at all. So, Seniors Dating Sites! I have a GF now (coming on four-months) and life is a lot better. This cloudy summer's day, I'm making the first Pie-Day Pizza I've made in a year! It's possible for that guy to communicate now though he still is not likely to make any sense.

Oh, that guy, I knew him once too. He was a bit dull, made repetitive meals, never met a bagel he didn't like, and talked too much.
Then the secret he kept for five years, became a public event and he graduated to being a widower. This, in no way, made him more outgoing or sociable. It also made finding meaning in 'meaningful werk' as meaningless as as a play by Sartre, so he retired.
"Our" new doggo, Findlay, was still just a puppy then, so I was a stay at home dog-dad.
