I received two emails like the screenshot below. the appear to come from [email protected]. If you get one of these, ignore it, it's a scam. If you click the "Change password" button you are taken to a fake screen to enter your details, but it's not Facebook, it's the scammers. More details here: https://www.hitc.com/en-gb/2023/07/22/beware-of-nasty-facebook-recovery-code-email-scam-that-will-steal-your-info/
Note the images aren't shown in the mail because my email doesn't know the sender. That's a big clue right there.
