I guess context is everything but I would really feel better with some assurance
I'm not an asshole for asking for a refund on a commission I requested six months ago, am I? especially considering that the delivery time was way less than that even considering the artist's physical/mental health issues
i understand that many users here at snouts, myself included, have mental health concerns and traumatic histories, which is part of why we promote a culture of conscientiousness and courtesy with our content warnings.
but we're all adults here and must be responsible for our actions. these facts cannot be used as a shield from legitimate criticisms, especially when criticism is coming from people with similar concerns and histories.
