Second attempt at cake baking went better. Banana cake with coconut pecan date icing. The icing recipe was way too big, I've got a Tupperware full in the fridge

Made a sirloin steak with a mighty fine pan sauce tonight

Attempted my first cake last night. Need to increase the frosting recipe, and I forgot to do the toothpick check, so they were a bit soft in the middle. I think next time I'll do two layers instead of 3.

I am growing now powerful
