I'm a fairly new radio operator. I just started POTA not too long ago. I really enjoy it. I use a FT 891, with a 12 meter Spider Beam, and a random wire antenna with a 9:1. I started in radio because of Hurricane IDA. I really saw the usefulness in radio, and I quickly discovered the rabbit holes in it!

@ve3wmb That's perfect ! It’s aggravating for me when I forget something and I have to go back and make another trip to the car lol. I’m going to check out osprey bags this week. I’m in the market for one. I’m using a bag I got from gigaparts for it does the job but I would like something a little bit better quality. Thank you for sharing this !
