I've just received an error saying that Dropbox is experiencing issues and that, in order to view a file not locally stored on my computer, I must right click it and make it available offline first. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is is Dropbox's end or is there some fix I can do? Thanks.

Whatsapp for PC has become such a crock with periodic disruption to service without notice. Used to work fine. I cannot access my messages. I am encouraged to use Whatsapp Web if the problem persists. I don't want to. I want an app that's reliable and accessible, whose updates don't continually require re-log in that uses up my allowable number of devices and loses access to message history beyond a certain point; and that doesn't penalise me for VPN use.
