Ah, yes, the health and human services secretary doing victim blaming during the government's ongoing organized abandonment. Let me remind that stringent guidelines on things like air filtration were not released until after the public health emergency was allowed to expire in order to make sure the government was not seen as having any responsibility for helping to pay for or otherwise make those changes happen. Also, death is not the only risk from covid.
