Spent the long weekend breaking my personal best for time in latex (was 14 hours, now 17+), and through a bit of careful planning made sure I never saw skin, including catching my reflection unhooded, for the entire duration.

Heck, know your local laws about anything you’re doing.
Would latex be considered public nudity? Are fursuits considered “face coverings” and not allowed in certain areas? Does the big political sticker or pride flag on your car’s back window constitute “obstructed view” and give an angry cop an excuse to pull you over?
Also, I’m begging you, learn your local laws. I’ve had to explain more than once this that MO allows open carry but KCMO absolutely does not and you will have an unpleasant police encounter. Then there’s all the fun nuances of permits, no gun signs, etc.
There are so many fun and interesting ways to end up behind bars and you need to know what those are before adding something to your daily toolkit.
And to be abundantly clear, I’m only advocating for *self defense* here. I consider myself a pacifist, but I’m also abundantly aware that the people who dislike my existence aren’t in many cases.

While I sit firmly in the “Armed Gays Don’t Get Bashed” camp, gun ownership requires more investment (both monetary and time) than the gun itself to be done responsibly.
