Bones and Gravy are each of my kid’s niocknames. I wanted a guitar with P90’s and I’ve been thinking about a Tom Delonge lately. I picked these up for $75 each at a garage sale and threw some decals on them. I swapped the pickups on the Strat with a prewired single humbucker, which proved more difficult than I thought if you look at my post history. They are an Ephiphone Les Paul Special II, and a Squier Bullet Strat.
I soldered two wires onto the jack and the ground is through to the back and soldered onto the spot where the old one was. Is there a chance I need to swap the wires that I soldered to the jack? Like maybe I soldered them to the wrong spots? Could it just be that the volume pot is fucked?
