@kelwin Hi Jamie how are you? Patricia Routlidge who played Heiasymthe Bucket in Keeping Up Appearances has died aged 96. She also played Hetty Waynthrop on BBC one. as well as Alan Bennets Monilogues.

Good Evening people Noswaith DDa pobol. Another hot and humid night hope I can sleep eventually not like the other night when I couldn't get off to sleep we need a huge thunder storm.
@parakeetprincess yeh I use something called fusion cream, not sure why it came off.
I had to change my libra senser for sugars today as my other one fell off at my massaging lady's house. Luckily she found it. I am getting good now at changing my libra sensers I don't have to rely on district nurses anymore.

@frog67 yeh it was very humid in the UK as well I couldn't get off to sleep last night even though I tried to sleep with a book it didn't work for me.

@parakeetprincess @ChocolatePie ah yeh I see what you mean, if Grania watches true crime on sky late at night she might have nightmares. But I love my crime novels. especially Anne Cleeves who wrote Vera series that is televised.
@parakeetprincess I also like crime novels and autobiographies depending on who they are.
