As other users are pointing out it’s definitely too fast for most relationships but like, do you want what most relationships have and do that or do you want to do what feels right?
Depending on how the situation went in the morning then getting home to a “wife” it’s chicken noodle soup sounds AMAZING. It could also sound awful to him but at least you will know that maybe you aren’t on the same page.

You are still valid in pointing out that even if the world sucked before and they did what they do now, that it was easier to excuse people due to ignorance
That’s not the case anymore when Trump proudly admits they invaded Venezuela for their oil and people still praise him and what happened

And Europe/EU and the UN let them as shown by the lack of consequences they faced. Heck, they didn’t even get a “strong condemnation” by a bunch of people in power. They actually got PRAISE for what they did
It will still happen is a bit of a fallacy. It’s one less person doing that job but I agree that one person won’t make a meaningful change
However the thing that changes is that if you reject that job you reduced by 100% your direct contribution to people killing missiles. Someone else will design that missile but at least you won’t have to live with the guilt that you did
Now, if it’s between that and a much worse life, I won’t blame anyone. But it’s a choice that everyone has to make for themselves. Personally I have possibility to reject those offers, and so I do.
FYI when we’re talking about taxing the rich and wealth we’re not talking about doctors and lawyers even if they still make a fuck ton because they are still getting paid for their labour and they need to work in order to maintain their lifestyle even if they would be considered rich.
What we’re talking about are people who make their living through their capital I.e. due to the exploitation of other people.
Not to be a downer but I’ve talked with a deputy of the European Parliament that opposed chat control and they were getting so many emails that they just had to create a filter to immediately get rid of these emails as otherwise their email inbox would just get full and they literally couldn’t work (as they wouldn’t be able to receive other emails).
And this is from someone that is on our side. I assume that people that are actually for this bill will be getting blasted even more and will care much less, so I’m not sure how much are emails effective.
