When I was growing up, this is what progress looked like.

We grow up on tales of the Spartans. Is there any evidence of an equivalent unusually (compared to surrounding tribes) martial society in "Ancient Britain"? Obviously there was fighting etc but was any one tribe so much more warlike than the rest?
