Common problem: Japanese High Schoolers get Isekaied to other world & can't return until they defeat the demon king with their new powers. b/c gosh, the summoner can't return them because reasons.
Similarly, when a wizard summons a creature, a contract is made or it will return to it's home world.
I posit that the two processes are actually the same & if the high schoolers just kill the summoner right away, they will return to Japan.
