@siracusa @marcoarment @caseyliss This week's discussion of the Slate and TELO reminded me of this ridiculous self-caricature that I saw in a northern Indiana auto museum. It's an International that instead of a trailer hitch had an extended cab and bed. It went nowhere in 2005 but looking at current Ford and Dodge trucks, we're maybe only a few years away from this being the norm. (I'm about 6' 1" and the bed came up to at least my shoulders.)
Looking around the roads these days it feels like International was just a few years too early with this one.
