seems like lots of instances are defederating this one so... time to move
I literally Do Not Know how to evaluate the quality of an instance, or know if it's run by a bigot, or know if a bunch of other instances defederate from it because if a harassment problem etc
is the instance I'm on not cool enough? am I a mastodon normie? am I going to have to get a server rack in my basement to be cool :(

Tell you what has reduced my stress levels: disabling vibration on my phone notifications. Even with the sound still on, it feels far less urgent.
