Good start
I am reworking the flare system of our Fermi Paradox game for the upcoming 0.71 update

We are working on the 0.71 update and got a lot of feedback for the changes to the Flare System in 0.70 - For a lot of players the new system felt to random and that they did no control anymore over the details of their civilization like in the old system, on the other hand the old system felt very clunky because all flares were different for each civilization which lead to a lot of "search for the single population boost flare on 10 different planets each turn" in the endgame.
