1/ THREAD: Stefan Passantino's witness tampering

Stefan Passantino's actions (and others), instructing a witness under oath (Cassidy Hutchinson), telling her to say, "I don't recall" when they do in fact recall, is a lie. A lie of omission is a lie. His actions are completely unethical and illegal. Passantino, et. al., should be permanently disbarred and prosecuted for witness tampering.

Now Musk is saying if Apple and Google block Twitter on their app stores, presumably for failure to moderate hate speech and for safety, he will just create a new phone.

So it’s going well, right?
