Just an old guy from Arizona, USA. I spend a lot of time in Malaysia.
Day 4 of working out: I’m up to 1km in the pool, including wind sprints at the end to get my heart racing. Not too terribly bad for an out of shape old guy.
Year-round swimming. I could get used to this as I finally got down to the pool. I swam about 500 meters... Not a whole lot, it's my first workout in a long time. Besides, as a 70+ old guy, I should get a free pass.
No, he’s not drilling a hole in my cranium. Sorry, just a haircut. It’s my third time at the BarberLab at SS15 in Subang Jaya. I think that makes me a regular now.
I left one country in the throes of electioneering, only to arrive in another country in the throes of electioneering. Let’s hope Malaysia trends the same surprising direction the USA did. Hint: young voters can make a difference if they vote.
