Cooking is my meditation. Experiment, use leftovers and serve many.
Brunch with my first frittata. Like a Spanish tortilla. Easy to prepare in advance of guests coming. Bread and croissants, smoothie and sallad. A lots of strong coffee.
Continue experimenting with ramen. Broth made from pork leg. Kimchi (from local store), pak choi, stir fried broccoli with chili and sesame seeds.
