@DialMforMara I work for an LGS in Buffalo NY and we've been looking for ways to make things 'feel' more inclusive. Like, we don't see any issues in an overly overt way, so we tend to feel as though our shop is 'fine' but something in the back of our heads keeps telling us we can do better. Everytime something happens in the social sphere with MTG we try to re-examine ourselves, but we don't really know where to start.
