Taking a mental health break

Yep.

XcQ - Link stays blue

Truly - What do they care about what happens after they’re dead? … They’ll be dead.

They have no empathy towards anyone who will suffer the consequences because they won’t have to be the ones to deal with the fallout. “Fuck you, I got mine” is their entire strategy.

That’s when you make the kid help bake the cookies, but give ALL of them away.

A “40% chance of rain” does not mean that there is a 40% chance that it will rain in general. It could mean anything from “there’s a 50% chance that 80% of the area will receive rainfall” to “there’s a 100% chance that only 40% of the area will receive rainfall”.

It’s dumb, but it makes a weird sort of sense when you realize you have to talk about entire area codes about something that can be hyper-localized or extremely broad. Don’t expect it to be too personalized.

LVL1 - FVN!

I just knew I had heard it in a song before and took me a minute to remember where.

No, I read that - it’s just not substantial. If the ding already existed, my point is that the driver is overlooking it in the photo we’re seeing. That is proof that it is not new damage and shouldn’t be considered in this case. I get that you’re trying to CYA, but it doesn’t need to be to this degree of hyper-vigilance.

verifiable evidence that the damage was pre-existing that the note leaver could somehow provide

Like a photo of the driver circling the car, unable to spot where the damage was, immediately after reading the note? Hmmmm…

Don’t make me go to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Majorly Terrible Goblin.
It’s not even calibrated for stereoscopic viewing - this is just an overlay on a screenshot! The VR experience would be terrible!

“Remember: you’re reversed - your car isn’t.”

Literally the next scene

Car window frosts over because it gets set on fire

I stopped trying to make sense of the internal logic at that point. The fight scenes were interesting, but at the cost of immersion in the story. Not to mention - the acting/dialogue is entirely bland plot points spoken at the audience as much as the other characters.
