I'm not sure how it happened, but in my Minecraft desert village, the villager population dropped precipitously and now it seems to be just me and a single leather worker who is still dedicated to his craft

Found a really strange looking abandoned village in an acacia/extreme hills biome. Never saw anything like it. Not too far from where I'm based.
Introduced villagers to my renovated (formerly abandoned) village. It feels like a little city now. It has a butcher, a restaurant, a hotel, a tailor, a blacksmith, a temple and a palace as well as several new houses

Here's the desert village that I found abandoned and I've been restoring it and expanding it. I've leveled a lot of sand and now I'm installing stairs and some acacia trees.
Also there's a house on the way out of town in the country that looks like an illuminati summer retreat. Dig that planter pyramid complete with eye, and the Egyptian column arbor.
The weirdest house in my area is between me and the ocean, near Yachats. It's a damn ziggurat
