Could this be a break in the #zodiac #coldcase will be interesting to see if this cypher crack is legit and can be validated like other cracks of earlier letters have been.

Guess when DPRK realized he had no value as bargaining chip or use of intel and keeping him was more a liability since if anything happened to him while in DPRK esp after what happed to Otto Warmbier it would look worse for DPRK reputation.

Bit wondering about the black tarp draped over side of sub and back may be possibly covering an 11th hatch just sticking out from under tarp the curve on light shape of deck matches the curve on the the other hatches
