Reading yet another wave of anguish over #CWs and having thoughts. There's lots I could say but I'll just leave it at this: What would the world look like if we spent as much energy trying to be kind as we spend trying to be right?
#infosec hot take: Security by Obscurity or having a deliberately nonstandard system is at least as useful as other types of security.
One thing to keep in mind if you want to try this for yourself: Gemini requires a hostname. So you can't access your capsule with an IP address. Easy fix though, just add an entry for the machine running Gemini to your /etc/hosts and access it like that.
I posted this and immediately saw a completely unrelated post from @tomasino which reminded me that I wanted a #Gemini server to play around with so I got that going as well.
