I am ending my campaign for Congress in Utah’s 1st Congressional District today. I am thankful for the support that I have been given, but given my commitments to the Box Elder Democratic Party and the LGBTQ+ community in Northern Utah, I need to step back to focus on these efforts. Thank you.

When I talk about Hill AFB and how it is part of our community, I am not talking about contractors and businesses that are getting federal dollars. I am talking about these families and what we need to do to make the lives of service members better. The Trump administration has different priorities.

When I say we need to fight for trans rights, a lot of people think that I am just worried about 1% of the population. Trans rights are human rights and the rights I will fight for trans people are the same rights that I will fight for everybody else. #transrightsarehumanrights
