Help: My family plan includes Fitness+ but it’s not showing up in the app - Futurology Today

My wife started an Apple One family plan in a country that includes the option of Fitness+. Her app has the option but mine doesn’t. Any idea for fucking this? Aside from forcé close and restart phone. Thanks in advance.
