@twostraws have you been successful in carrying out a SwiftData migration from a version with just the parent class to a version with the parent and a child? Nothing I try works - most of the time it crashes on startup and complains the schema aren’t different.
Horrible. Actually that doesn’t begin to describe it. How did this get out the door!?!

Between the illegible glass and the tab bar that disappears on scroll, I honestly have no idea who can take a look at this and say "Yes, that'll do it. That's good." Liquid Glass is a mess so far, *especially* on iOS. Actually pushing me to use apps without Liquid Glass.

@dgregor79 hey! Been looking at the Swift Java stuff and am really having a hard time getting my environment working right. There doesn’t seem to be a sub forum in the Swift Forums and I also don’t want to file an issue on my stupidity (haha). What’s a good place to ask general questions like this?
Steve Troughton-SmithThe wider tech press seems to think that Apple failed to show anything meaningful to do with AI at WWDC, without understanding that /access to the Foundation Models/ is *bigger* than anything Apple announced at last year's WWDC with Apple Intelligence. It's what will give a million apps new AI features, and it's built-in, and free.
As much as I want Siri to not suck, I have ChatGPT on all my devices, and that solves 95% of the use-cases I have
