Jonathan Powell, Salah Benhammou, and I just published a paper on Sudanese #military entrenchment, al-Burhan's constitutional changes after the #Sudancoup, and implications for next elections. Hey everyone! I'm a PhD candidate at Uni Hamburg and the GIGA institute working on #authoritarianism, civil-military relations, and #MENA-politics.
