A monthly magazine about making things. Electronics, 3D printing, laser cutting and more!
Today in the HackSpace mag workshop, we're building a new computer.
Like many people, we start our morning by preparing caffeine
We left the 3D printer running overnight and came in this morning to a recreation of Dippy the Diplodocus (from the Natural History Museum in London).
The Natural History Museum have uploaded some of their 3D scans to SketchFab, so naturally, we now have a life size chimpanzee skull. Any ideas what we should do with it?
Who else has started 3D printing for Halloween?
If anyone is interested the designs for some of these are in @HackSpacemag issue 61 and I did a video guide to constructing them as seam orientation is quite tricky! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wgA92SjcO5Y&ab_channel=ConcreteDog
