The grisliest of agreements.

@justinebarron

Billy Wilder's "Ace in the Hole" (Or "The Big Carnival") is one of those movies I reference way more than I woulda thought. I saw it the first time as a teenager and it shaped my view of the press.

Please boost if you’re still masking indoors (in public places)

One of the best things about THX 1138 is how it actually looks like a world where people live. It's like the DMV, all those white rooms with ground in grime. Great stuff.

@Barebower

I frickin LOVED Excalibur when I was a kid. Especially love that part at the end where the guy shoves a spear thru Arthur and a pot roast comes out his back! Good stuff!

@dotornot @thegibson @hacks4pancakes

Pump up the Volume was the first true Gen X movie...even tho its director was a boomer. Lol

@davidvienna Two-Lane Blacktop is a fantastic movie. There's a scene where they pull into a gas station and Kris Kristofferson's original version of "Me and Bobby McGee" is playing on one of their radios and I always sit up, do the DiCaprio point: KRIS!

@LizMarr

Amadeus and Little Big Man are two of my favorite movies! It's so rare to see them on the same list! Throw in The Color Purple and An Officer and a Gentleman and it woulda been perfect. (In recent years Gattaca has made my list.)

@tarasovich I call a certain former president "Turnip", but it isn't an attempt to avoid trolls (i'll happily out-troll any cheap-ass social media troll)...it's because the guy is, in actuality, dumber'n a fuckin' turnip.
@shayne I gotta stretch my legs, man... Commercial air travel is so egregiously uncomfortable, which is why I rarely do it. I'd rather walk 2600 miles than get on a commercial aircraft.

@Greendale68 @joshtpm

please tell me they're not called "toots...!"

oh dear lord, they are!

how cringe.
